**The Role**

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working, and motivated individual to join our Smithfield team The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, from 2pm to 10pm.

**The key responsibilities are (but not limited to) the following**:

- Customer Service and Reception - greeting, being friendly and approachable to our guests, members and staff
- General reception duties and taking responsibility and pride in your presentation and approach
- Assisting in stock take and other administrative duties as required
- Membership and Retail Sales - part of this role is being able to cross sell and approach guests or members to discuss and assist with their needs
- Understanding of our memberships and their requirements
- General cleaning and maintenance of the gym including walking the gym floor and making sure both the gym and shop front is clean
- Reporting any maintenance issues that require attention

- Willingness to learn and show initiative
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High attention-to-detail skills

**To be eligible for this position you must have**:

- Previous customer service experience
- Strong PC literacy and administration skills
- Level 2 First Aid and CPR
- Police Check
