**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling phone calls and inquiries
- Provide administrative support across various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist with customer service inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all clients
- Organize and manage documentation, including maintaining spreadsheets and company records
- Coordinate office supplies and general administrative tasks
- Support internal teams with data entry, reporting, and other administrative duties
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Multilingual applicants are highly preferred
- Proven organizational skills, with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and spreadsheet management
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
- Experience with **Xero** (or other accounting software) is an advantage
- **Must be reliable and punctual**, with a strong commitment to regular attendance
- Ability to work **at least 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday**, in a full-time capacity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
