**About the role**:
A brand-new opportunity for a CRM Delivery Manager has arisen within our passionate and energetic Brand Digital & Design team.

What you’ll be doing:
Reporting to our Senior Manager Customer (Direct) Marketing and Automation, you’ll manage your own small team and oversee the delivery of our Direct customer communications end-to-end.

You’ll also
- Manage the delivery and ongoing optimisation of triggered programs/journeys
- Define and manage marketing automation solutions and initiatives to improve business processes
- Oversee delivery of data integration and data enhancement projects
- Manage the Direct Marketing customer communications calendar

**What you bring**:
Tertiary qualified in Marketing/Business or similar, you have 8+ years’ experience in multi-channel marketing strategy and/or integrated campaign delivery. Ideally, you’ve worked in an eCommerce or digital agency environment and are known for your exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.

You’ll also need
- Experience operating within a complex environment
- Strong leadership & people management experience
- MarTech literacy, experience leveraging MarTech platforms
- Proven track record of improving processes and output quality.
- Experience managing agency partners
