We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior CRM Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our Bunnings Commercial Team.
About The Role
Joining a dynamic and supportive team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement as a Senior CRM Salesforce Functional Consultant you will be a key player in shaping and delivering the future of our Salesforce CRM capabilities.
As the go-to Salesforce expert for our Commercial teams, you will lead the way in understanding our operations, translating those needs into smart solutions, and driving value across the business.

You will additionally:
- Lead the design, implementation and optimisation of Salesforce solutions aligned with commercial objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and configure Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud)
- Facilitate workshops, create training materials, and support teams to ensure successful user adoption
- Drive business process improvement for both B2B and B2C service models
- Provide expert advice on automation, integrations and Salesforce best practiceWork within Agile teams to deliver outcomes aligned with business goals
About You
You are a strategic and solutions-focused thinker with deep Salesforce expertise. You are equally confident in mapping out high-level system designs and engaging with stakeholders to bring them to life. You thrive in complex, fast-paced environments, balancing long-term vision with practical, hands-on execution to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
You will additionally have:
- 5 years' experience in Salesforce consulting or business analysis
- Certifications in Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant and Service Cloud Consultant will be highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills with proven experience conducting workshops
- Proven experience coordinating UAT and creating user guides
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and business process mapping
In-depth understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud - A passion for innovation, problem-solving and improving user experience
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
