**About the team**:
As the way we shop continues to evolve, our Digital team keeps us at the cutting edge. Driven by our innovative, inclusive and forward-thinking culture, we’re constantly looking at ways to reinvent the shopping experience for our customers and build the next generation of digital retailing.

**About the role**:
Our Digital Delivery team is looking for a Delivery Manager with experience in managing delivery in complex environments with multiple stakeholders. If you have experience managing large, complex digital initiatives, involving multiple teams and managing a diverse cross functional team, then this is the role for you.
- Key responsibilities include:_
- Oversee product delivery aligned to the Digital strategy and work closely with multiple stakeholders to effectively put together detailed plans
- Be across multiple squads and products
- Help drive Agile ways of working across the Digital portfolio to become even more efficient and customer obsessed
- Contribute to the Delivery Chapter body of knowledge
- Manage a team of Senior Business Analysts, Business Analysts and Delivery Leads
- Manage all risks, issues and dependencies across the products to ensure these are mitigated or resolved

**About you and your skills**:

- Exposure to working in agile environments and able to adapt different frameworks
- Strong experience in managing cross functional product squads and bringing teams together to deliver
- Ability to seek out and understand problems and requirements, and to identify and suggest improvements to current approaches or practices
- Extensive experience in senior delivery roles
- Manage medium to large complexity digital projects greater than $5m
- Successfully managed projects and products ie. projects that involve multiple functional areas, multiple technologies, multiple external parties (including vendors),
- Experience in managing large-scale rollouts of new technology and platforms
- Experience in retail is preferred
