Mount Gravatt Mazda is one of Australia's largest and most successful family-owned and operated automotive groups. This role requires you to love looking after people, sharing in positive team, customer and vendor interactions, helping solve problems and staying organised. You’ll have plenty of support from management to guide you when you need it.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Assisting the sales team with new vehicle deliveries
- Meeting all new vehicle customers as part of their new vehicle experience
- Managing customer feedback with department managers
- Customer follow-up communications
- Reception coverage for part of the day
- Basic administration duties

To be successful, you have:

- Strong customer service background with providing positive customer experiences
- Organisation and time management skills to stay on top of your daily duties
- Experience in utilising Microsoft outlook, word and basic excel
- Excellent telephone manner
- Problem solving with commitment to quality of work and customer satisfaction
- Good personal organisation skills with the ability to work in a team environment to meet required deadlines
