Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Coordinator located in Springwood, QLD. The Freight Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing freight shipments, handling import and export documentation, and managing customer service relations. The role will involve daily communication with customers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate freight delivery. Additionally, the Freight Coordinator will handle inquiries, address concerns, and provide updates to ensure a seamless shipping process.

  • Experience in Freight coordination and management
  • Knowledge of Import and Export processes
