**About Yo-Zen**:
As a Yo-Zen Team Member, you will be the face of our store, delivering exceptional service and helping customers craft their perfect frozen yogurt creations. You’ll also help maintain a clean and inviting store environment, assist with food preparation, and ensure that every customer leaves with a smile.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly, answer questions about the menu, and assist in creating customized frozen yogurt orders.
- **Product Preparation**: Serve frozen yogurt and toppings, ensuring each serving meets our quality standards.
- **Store Maintenance**: Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment, including the yogurt machines, topping stations, and seating areas.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work together with your team members to provide excellent service and ensure smooth store operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $14.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
