Our NSW Government client is Australia’s largest water utility, providing water, wastewater, recycled water and some stormwater services to Greater Sydney.

They are seeking to engage experienced Project Managers to work as key members of their Specialised Services unit by managing and delivering assigned capital works and operational projects to high standards of safety, quality and efficiency.

**About the role**
The Project Managers role includes project management; cost estimation & control; procurement of materials & services; coordinating the construction unit's civil crews and external service providers; liaising with clients & giving expert construction advice; preparation of all documentation; planning & investigation; and commissioning.

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
- A minimum of 5 years demonstrated construction management experience including experience managing a range of water infrastructure construction projects.
- Demonstrated project management experience and sound knowledge of project management principles & methodology.
- Demonstrated knowledge of engineering principles and construction methodologies for the construction of water infrastructure assets.
- Demonstrated knowledge of contract management principles and methodologies.
- Knowledge of NSW OH&S legislation & WorkCover Codes of Practice.
- Demonstrated capability and experience to manage all aspects of multiple projects including complex and/or difficult projects.
- Strong communication skills including proven ability to clearly communicate to both field personnel and clients.
- Personal computer skills to a level that enables efficient use of project management tools and other office software.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil, Structural Engineering or Science Degree.
- Driver’s license.
