**About the role**

The Administration Assistant provides support to register certificates and to process payments of accounts and weekly payments received on behalf of employers, injured workers, providers and the Victorian WorkCover Authority in relation to injured worker’s compensation claims.
- Payment of medical treatment invoices
- Processing under threshold accounts - FIGTREE
- Processing of legal payments
- Reconciliation and reissue of stopped and stale cheques
- Processing cheques received for recovery purposes
- Calculating, processing and reconciling weekly compensation payments/reimbursements

**To be successful in this role**
- Knowledge and understanding of VCODES; Novus and ACCtion systems is preferable
- High level of motivation
- High level of data entry/keyboard skills
- Intermediate use of all Microsoft Office Packages (including excel)
