**About the role**:
The Claims Co-ordinator role is managing the end-to-end of our claims process associated with the Unitised Program, in addition to performing administration functions to assist the Unitised Planners.
The role ensures critical claims are made and associated data is collected and entered into our business systems. The role also includes administration services to support the achievement of business unit outcomes.
This role is an **initial 6-month contract** with a view to turn **permanent**.
**Your role will include**:
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end process for claims including compiling detailed and accurate monthly statements to send to the Client.
- Investigate, negotiate and resolve customer complaints.
- Respond to customers in a timely manner.
- Monitor complaint trends and patterns.
- Maintain complaint data to allow effective complaints tracking and data manipulation.
- Track and report KPI’s relating to customer complaints resolution time.
**About you**:
We are looking for someone with:
- A Trade / Engineering qualifications (desirable).
- Previous Project Administration experience.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills who has an eye for detail and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a similar role across the utilities industries and have knowledge of both the terminology and legislative requirements.
- Proficiency in SAP will be advantageous, as well as the ability to compile specialised and detailed reports for clients.
- The ability to communicate and manage relationships at all levels
