**Description**:
The role of catalogue production coordinator predominantly focuses on the Dymocks monthly catalogue and point of sale campaigns, these activities also involve organising competitions, creating information kits for the stores, and booking external catalogue distribution.

**In this role you will**:

- Work together with the wider marketing and merchandise teams to ensure that the catalogues are produced to a high quality, within budget and on time
- Coordinate all timelines well in advance and ensure all relevant team members are aware of their deadlines
- Coordinate the design process with the graphics and merchandise teams, ensuring that all feedback is accurate and on time
- Work together with external printers, booking the catalogues well in advance and ensuring all deadlines are met and that the materials arrive in advance of the start of each campaign
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure all material is signed off and documented
- Ensure ad hoc point of sale material is up to date and available for stores to order from our internal portal
- Develop and maintain procedures to ensure compliance for the correct and consistent installation of point of sale for each campaign
- Complete store communication kits for each monthly campaign
- Fulfil local store advertising, POS and promotional requests
- Carry out a post campaign analysis each month to gain feedback from the franchisees
- Track all competitor activity and ensure it is sent around to the wider team for reference
- Provide administrative and general marketing support as required

**Skills and Experiences**:

- 1-2 years experience in a similar catalogue production role
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Advanced organisation skills
