Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Production Coordinator to join their expansive team Reporting to the Product Manager, you will provide day to day product, production, and technical assistance on all aspects of the product lifecycle.

**The Role***:
The primary purpose of this role is to streamline supplier communication channels across the entire product development and production process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage supplier relationships including identifying new suppliers and liaising with the current network.
- Negotiate costs, finalise orders and confirm shipment dates with suppliers.
- Maintain the costing schedule and create quote packs using 3 Clicks.
- Coordinate product development including arranging fit models and sessions, fitting all samples, approving lab dips, fabrics, accessories, washes, prints and more.
- Manage deadlines to ensure that production schedules adhere strictly to the established critical path.
- Anticipate, identify and trouble shoot production problems together with the product team.
- Coordinate the style file with relevant elements such as photos, accessories, and swatches.
- Ensure supplier receives all necessary components to execute the order including original samples, artworks, and trims.
- Assume responsibility for all new styles from confirmed style handover to approved pre-production samples.
- Manage production schedule using 3 Clicks to accurately input and update key production dates.

**Ideally You Will Have**:

- Strong knowledge of product development, production management, manufacturing, and garment construction techniques.
- Technical experience across fit, construction and fabric and garment quality.
- Experience working with both knit and woven fabrications.
- Ability to balance cost, quality and on time delivery with suppliers.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- Effective communication, collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across all levels of the business.
- Successful experience in a fast-paced environment and a sense of urgency.
