Originally specialising in high-quality Chinese pearls, we have since expanded our range to include Japanese Akoya and Australian South Sea pearls. We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator to support our brand growth and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • The primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's range of pearl and gemstone jewellery to retail clients across Australia.
  • Planning and coordinating advertising campaigns, online promotions, and social media activities to increase brand awareness and drive wholesale enquiries.
  • Preparing product catalogues, marketing brochures, and digital content to highlight new jewellery collections and seasonal promotions.
  • Liaising with retailers, trade partners, and suppliers to ensure marketing activities align with business and sales objectives.
  • Conducting market research to analyse jewellery market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences to support pricing and promotional decisions.
  • Coordinating product photography, website updates, and online store content to enhance the presentation of jewellery products.
  • Monitoring digital marketing performance, including website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates, and providing regular analytical reports.
  • Managing the company's email marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent communication with retail partners and wholesale clients.
  • Supporting product development by identifying emerging market opportunities for pearl and gemstone jewellery.
  • Providing recommendations on pricing strategies, product positioning, and marketing materials to strengthen the company's brand presence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
