**The Role**

Due to growth, and a strategy to continue leadership in Fintech products to Financial Institutions in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and the UK we are seeking a Head of Products & Services to play a key role in driving product and service strategies, profitability, and innovation. In addition to managing the current portfolio of OAM & Loan Origination solutions, key areas of our growth strategy will focus on further creation of Digital Lending & cloud-driven solutions.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Managing a team of Product Managers, Product Owners and Product Development teams
- Ownership of all aspects of OAM products offered to clients including the supporting processes and services complementing the products (i.e. Product Catalogue, Services Catalogue, Customisation Catalogue)
- Driving ever improving Customer satisfaction both for our Financial Institutions and their customers
- Driving productivity both internally and on client side related to products and services provided
- Produce regular reports for key stakeholders showing progress against project milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies
- Be part of major bid and promotional activities
- Strong engagement with Customer, Marketing and Senior leadership teams
- Experience and understanding of UX/UI, enterprise grade service design and Agile working practices

**About You**:

- At least 5 years of experience in having led a diverse set of Product teams covering all aspects of product leadership (including commercial, UX, pre-sales, end to end product design and development driven by both market and client engagement).
- Experience in product managing white label products & services (both UI and API based) in a hosted/cloud domain a must.
- Strong business acumen, people leadership, in-depth banking domain knowledge (including commercial and consumer lending, credit risk) and client skills are a must.
