**About the role**

We are currently in search of a Change and Communication Analyst to join our team in delivering strategic and operational change initiatives.

Key accountabilities include:

- Drawing on your change and communication experience, support the team in planning, implementing and evaluating change experience and communication strategies.
- Create and deliver a range of compelling change and communication content for internal audiences across a range of channels which help implement the Program change experience and communication strategies.
- Collaborate with key business areas to align messaging and visual style with the overarching Australian Retirement Trust brand guidelines and tailor content to specific audience groups.
- Monitor and minimise change risks, ensuring improved adoption and embedding of new methods.
- Provide timely and detailed reporting as required.

This role is available as a 12 month max-term/ secondment opportunity.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

- 3+ years demonstrated successful change management experience.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholder groups.
