**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
You will develop and coordinate a variety of internal and external communications and engagement activities, materials and collateral, to achieve identified outcomes and strategic objectives. Use your skills in writing, researching, content development, strategy development, facilitation, administration and implementation across a variety of communication channels to work with key areas and stakeholders.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- The role is to plan, oversee, direct and manage the successful delivery of change project-related functions such as but not limited to business and stakeholder engagement, assisting developing communication plans, undertaking impact assessments, training programs, whilst ensuring business readiness and capability.
- Foster close working relationships with key business stakeholders within the department; from executive to operational levels. Engage closely with all involved government and non-government agencies including service providers of the future solution.
- Engage and co-ordinate a network of change champions; who will support the implementation of the project change and communications activities.
- Extensive experience with implementing and working within “cross-agency” organisational change strategies within large organisations. Work across multiple projects so understanding project schedule and change impact inter-dependencies will be critical to support successful outcomes.
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:
- Demonstrated effectiveness in the delivery of communication and engagement activities and outcomes
- Demonstrated high level conceptual and analytical skills in conducting research and evaluation to develop and implement communication and change strategies
- Hands on experience developing and facilitating delivery of comprehensive and supportive change management strategy, implementation plan and activities that will support and assist with project delivery.
- Change management accreditation (PROSCI, CMBoK etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to plan and undertake stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, training needs analysis and change readiness assessments and to manage related registers and plans.
- Confidence managing Technology change within a state-wide organisation.
- Must be happy to travel through the state if and when required.
