As a Product Owner for this global insurance company, you will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of their insurance products, ensuring they meet the needs of the customers and align with their business objectives.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and designers to define and prioritize product features and enhancements. You will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business requirements into user stories, and ensuring timely and successful product delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is properly groomed and aligned with the company's strategic goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Work closely with software engineers, designers, and QA teams to ensure successful product development and delivery
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify product opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Actively participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews
- Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on product status, progress, and key metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to inform product strategy and decision-making

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of insurance products and industry dynamics
- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for delivering high-quality products that exceed customer expectations
