**Role Description/Criteria**

**The position**

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for creating excellent environments? Loreto Toorak is looking for a dedicated Property Manager to oversee and enhance our school’s facilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant educational community while ensuring our campus is a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained space for students, staff and our community.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the Property Team including maintenance and grounds staff and oversee the cleaning, Mandeville café and grounds contracts
- Liaise with external contractors and service providers to ensure high-quality services and timely completion of projects
- Manage and coordinate routine and emergency maintenance tasks
- Oversee, coordinate and advance sustainability initiatives and strategies
- Ensure all facilities adhere to safety regulations and school policies, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly
- Oversee the property budget, including Capital Works budget, track expenses and find cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents, addressing any facility-related concerns with professionalism
