We are seeking an
experienced and accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP)
who has a passion for helping couples finalise their property settlements. This role offers the opportunity to specialise in property-focused mediation while working in a dynamic, supportive, and process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct property-focused family dispute resolution sessions, online.
  • Guide clients through the disclosure and mediation process.
  • Manage cases independently while maintaining professionalism and sensitivity to client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with Attorney-General's Department accreditation standards and FDRP obligations.
  • Maintain accurate, clear, and timely case records and reports.
  • Collaborate with legal professionals, mediators, and internal team members as required.

Qualifications

  • Accredited FDRP
    with the Attorney-General's Department.
  • Minimum
    2 years' experience
    delivering family dispute resolution services.
  • Strong interest and knowledge of property mediation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and supportive way.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
    – empathetic, calm under pressure, and client-focused.
  • Confident working independently, managing time and caseload effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a
    dynamic, online environment
    with structured processes and systems.
  • Enthusiastic about continuous improvement and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
