**State Key Account Partner - Melbourne Office - Permanent Full Time**
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Domain Residential Sales team in Melbourne. Reporting to the Victorian Sales Director, the **State Key Account Partner** is to be a connection between Domain and our corporate clients & build on Domain’s presence in the Victorian market through nurturing and growing the customer relationship.
You will problem-solve customer needs and work with internal teams to ensure the right SaaS and marketing solutions for your customers are provided in a timely manner. You’re passionate about being an essential partner to Domain’s most high-value corporate customers through solution selling techniques and insight-led conversations.
**Who are you?**
- Build strong relationships with clients by meeting and engaging with them on a regular basis to deliver tailored SaaS and marketing solutions for their business needs
- Act as an advocate for customers, influencing product roadmaps, and supporting marketing that aligns Domain solutions to needs
- Possess the ability to work autonomously and be responsible for your own diary management
- Be accountable for solution sales to your designated Domain customer group or portfolio, and achievement of sales goals
- Take accountability for team goals and informally support and mentor peers
- Drive the following outcomes to strengthen and grow the customer relationship:
- Sales revenue and quarterly sales growth
- Revenue growth by account and product utilisation
- Maintaining the customer relationship through nurturing current accounts and identifying prospects for further Domain solutions
- Successfully defining customer needs, delivering Domain solutions-based proposals and managing objections and concerns
- Closing sales opportunities with accurate documentation into Salesforce
- Have a valid VIC drivers licence and a reliable vehicle
**What will really catch our eye**:
- Strong previous experience in SaaS Solution selling would be an advantage
- Previous experience dealing with corporate clients on long term relationships
- Internal project management experience would be advantageous
- Previous experience with enterprise agreements/sales
- Real estate or Prop-tech experience would be nice to have but not essential
