**About the team**:
the engine room of the business, our central operations team keeps us moving and delivering our services to all Australians. We empower and support our retail teams across the country, helping them deliver great experiences for our customers every single day.
Our store operations transformation team are tasked with landing key concepts in store to deliver the best possible customer experience. To help deliver some key projects we are looking for a Customer Deployment Manager to join the team.

**About the role**:
Supporting the National Change and Transformation Manager and the State Operations team with coordination and execution of all Service change programs. Helping deliver the next phase of customer service transformation. You will also:

- Develop and implement an engagement and collaboration framework with Op’s Managers, RM’s and Project teams.
- Advise and make recommendations on Service Transformation project change issues and opportunities, providing guidance to ensure delivery of project outputs.
- Drive faster adoption and greater proficiency in Service across Operations teams nationally.
- Drive consistent Store processes that will support the ongoing sustainability of Service transformation post deployment
- Partner with Key stakeholders to ensure expectations for delivery are met or managed appropriately
- Partner with Operations and Regional Managers to increase Service skill and in store process compliance

**About you and your skills**:
We are looking for an experienced retail leader who has experience of working on projects and delivering great results. You will also need:

- A deep understanding of retail operations and Coles processes, company policy and store procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in planning, coordination and organisation including managing of projects or programs
- Strong communication and presentational skills at a senior leadership level
- Demonstrated change management skills
- Ability to influence business leaders to ensure effective change management
- Demonstrated ability to engage cross-functional teams and position content to ensure alignment and synergies
