**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for being the front-line point of contact for all Australia, New Zealand and other regions of APAC customers and freight forwarding intermediaries
- Process local and International orders
- Process advance replacement orders
- Provide ETAs, shipping status and tracking information and resolve any issues
- Process all incoming payments and reconciliations
- Perform customer account reconciliation
- Actively follow up telephone leads as required, qualifying requirements and ensuring that they are processed through correct sales channels
- Ability to accurately input customer data; such as creating new customer cards and validating onboarding requirements
- Communicate and collaborate with internal departments
- Facilitate signing and storage of customer agreements
Qualifications:
**Required Qualifications**
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working within ERP systems, i.e. SAP
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous internal sales experience with International customers in an electronics or consumer goods environment
