**About the Role**:
Green by Nature is seeking a proactive Cleansing Team Leader to oversee our outdoor cleaning operations. As a Team Leader, you will supervise a team of Cleansing Team Members to ensure outdoor spaces are maintained to the highest standards. You will oversee and assist in the upkeep of your local open space parks, gardens, reserves and roadsides.
- Lead and motivate a team of outdoor cleaners to achieve daily tasks and goals.
- Ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
- Maintain and use cleaning equipment effectively.
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with previous experience in outdoor cleaning or supervisory roles. You should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality service delivery.

**About You**:

- Previous outdoor cleaning or supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
- Willingness to actively participate in cleaning activities.
- Manual driver's license.
- Physically fit, reliable, punctual and hard-working
