**About the role**

We are seeking a trained and experienced person to join our production team to monitor the production lines, the processes and our production operators, as well as to perform a range of tasks including:

- Providing supports to production manager including assisting with staff attendance and rostering, performance, safety and discipline matters.
- Improving production functions and processes to maximise and improve business efficiency.
- Supervising production operators to achieve efficient and accurate processing, and ensure conformance with SOP.
- Supervising production run to ensure production lines operate with optimum number of operators and output.
- Inspecting products to verify conformance to specifications.
- Production workflow control including coordinating production activities and reviewing production orders and schedules.
- Working with the maintenance technicians and quality assurance staff to review production line setup.
- Liaising with warehouse personnel to ensure all components are ready for the next production run.
- Ensuring staging areas and production rooms are maintained in an organised and orderly fashion, compliant with the Code of GMP and Aegros Corporate Standards.
- Managing personal safety and maintaining product integrity by minimizing/ eliminating potential risks.
- Assisting with training the operators in work tasks, SOP’s, GMP, safety and Aegros Quality Corporate Standards.
- Ensuring processing complies with the Australian Code of Good Manufacturing Practices, and Aegros’s Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Corporate standards.

**About you**

To be the successful applicant for this great opportunity you will be familiar with GMP code of practice and TGA guidelines. Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industries is preferable. Shift work and overtime maybe requested in the future.

You must be able to communicate well in spoken and written word and be a highly motivated and pro-active self-starter.

**Salary**: From $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Macquarie Park, NSW 2113: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
