**Job Summary**:
As a Cafe Supervisor | Barista, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the cafe. You will not only showcase your barista skills in crafting high-quality coffee beverages but also lead a team of enthusiastic baristas in delivering exceptional customer service. If you have a knack for creating a welcoming atmosphere and take pride in providing memorable coffee experiences, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and consistency
- Lead, train, and motivate the barista team to maintain high-quality coffee standards
- Ensure excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns
- Oversee the daily cafe operations, including opening and closing duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, both front and back of house
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to restock coffee supplies and other essentials
- Collaborate with the management team to create and implement promotions and special offers
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash registers
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
- Assist in scheduling and managing staff shifts effectively

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Barista in a fast-paced cafe environment
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage
- Passion for coffee and a strong understanding of different brewing techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain composure during busy periods
- Knowledge of coffee equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Food handling and safety certification is a plus

**Salary**: $36.00 - $38.00 per hour
