**Your Qualifications**
- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Service or Hospitality
- 2-4 years Purchasing officer with preferably in multinational healthcare organization
- Well-versed in MS-Office and other relevant systems such as ERP (preferably Navision) and CRM
- Collaborative with a structured approach
- Eye for detail
- Proactive and attentive
- Proficient English skills oral and written

At CooperSurgical Australia we are currently looking to recruit a **Purchasing officer.**You will be a part of a growing business and in a team of 8 engaged and autonomous team members. This role reports to the customer service manager and have global stakeholders.

Our office is in Sydney, NSW and we have a hybrid workplace, with flexible working hours.

**Position**

In the role as **Purchasing officer**role, you will be responsible for End
- to end purchase orders, forecasting and generating relevant reports both intercompany and with external suppliers. You will be analyzing global production schedules, CoA releases and mitigate product shortages, while providing critical insights to the relevant stakeholders and purchasing team. You are used to utilize data and assist in identifying customer trends and optimizing stock. You are proficient in excel, preferably worked in Navision and this is not your first purchasing role. In this role you will be trained as a first-aid officer.

You have a detailed focus, high sense of urgency and a delicate diplomatic communication style both verbally and written. Hence a strong eye for detail and thoroughness are crucial for the success of this role, while meeting timelines.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Manage and handle End
- to End purchasing tasks
- Ensure reports, data and compliance in accordance to regulations
- Serve as TGA Pharmacovigilance Officer and Recalls Coordinator
- Manage and respond to inquires in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal and external teams
- Support with ad hoc tasks related to your business area
