Facilities Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Facilities Coordinator **to join our key account.

**The Role**

This role will be based in **Huntingwood, NSW.**
- Manage the delivery of the service agreement and financial performance.
- Maintain systems capturing all Preventative and Reactive work orders.
- Manage maintenance planning and programming for prescribed maintenance, services, and activities.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers.
- Provide technical and management service support to the client including the development of technical reports.

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated facilities management experience in the management of large-scale maintenance activities & multiple sites.
- Proven ability in working within an integrated service.
- Proven understanding of WHS
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage contractors.
- Able to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders.
