**Corporate Concierge - Sydney CBD**

**Responsibilities**:

- Reception - Meeting and greeting of all clients and their visitors
- Customer /Client services - responding to extremely varied client requests and resolving problems.
- Co-ordination of client meetings and the management of the meeting rooms, arranging and the setting up of catering and audio-visual equipment
- Overseeing the day-to-day activities of reception
- Facilities management and community services
- Answering clients incoming calls on a busy, fully computerised console
- Managed on-line bookings for our Allied Health clients

**Skills and Experience Requirements**:

- 5 years working experience as a corporate front of house or within a 5 star hospitality front of house.
- Professional with the maturity to be able to think on your feet
- Strong computer skills with a minimum of intermediate in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Goal orientated and enjoy constantly learning and growing
- Enjoy being part of a team, and being an excellent support
