This is a **Brisbane-based** role. To be considered, you must be eligible to work legally in Australia on a full-time basis.

**What You'll Do**
- With your implementation experience, you will provide overall responsibility for implementation and set-up, with client facilitation being primarily online, with occasional delivery from Brisbane head office and onsite visits
- Focus on training our software to small and medium sized businesses
- Engage with our clients to understand their business processes
- Drive implementation from start to ‘go live’
- Deliver targeted training (onsite, face-to-face, group & online)
- Client facilitation will primarily be online, with occasional onsite visits.

- Professional presentation with a mature outlook
- Consultation and problem-solving skills that are second nature
- Excellent, proven communication and organisational skills
- _ External implementation_ experience
- Technical skills are definitely advantageous to the role
- A passion to adapt and learn new programs and systems
- An understanding of business processes and workflows
- Previous experience in implementation of software systems is beneficial
- Running your own business may be useful
- Working operationally in the Trade or Service sector could also be advantageous
- Exposure to accounting packages such as MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks is helpful
- Current driver’s licence, with access to your own reliable transport.
