The Opportunity

This new role has been developed to coordinate and support the delivery and implementation of key capability programs and initiatives across our Managed Fund Claims business. Primarily, the role will be responsible for program and project activities aimed to support the team in achieving its overall objectives with a focus around capability frameworks, leadership development, and measuring and building capability across the organisation to achieve desired business outcomes.

This role will see you:
- Provide efficient coordination and administration support across the Capability function- Consult and collaborate with the team to provide project and program support services to support the delivery of capability programs and initiatives- Use your strong administrative and organisational skills to develop project plans to ensure effective and timely delivery of programs and initiatives- Coordinate and facilitate workshops and meetings- Develop program and change materials to support the delivery of key programs and initiatives- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure an effective and collaborative approach to delivering capability solutions- Coordinate regular capability updates via multiple communication methods and channels- Prepare written correspondence as directed, including reports, presentations, and change management materials- Gather, analyse, and report on capability data to support the Capability function in delivering effective initiatives and solutions- Monitor, evaluate, review and report on the effectiveness of capability initiatives to ensure desired outcomes are achieved

Your story so far:
Ideally you have been working in a project or administrative role, supporting a team to deliver program initiatives. You will be:
- Customer-focused and able to build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders- Highly organised and have effective time management skills to ensure the team achieves its overall objectives in a timely manner- An effective collaborator who can work with a team and multiple stakeholder groups to achieve desired outcomes and common goals- Experienced in using Microsoft Office suite, including document design and management- Someone who has capacity to develop and implement programs and initiatives- An excellent communicator both verbally and written, who can facilitate and present in meetings, workshops, and events and maintain a professional demeanour- Adaptable and flexible in a complex changing environment- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team

Desirable knowledge and experience:
- Experience working in a Human Resources, Capability or Learning and Development function is desirable- Project management including budget, schedule and team management skills- Communication and stakeholder management skills- Problem solving and negotiation
