**The role**:
As our NSW Office Manager, you will be working with your team to coordinate day-to-day activities, ensure our staff are supported and serviced, as well as driving our company events and initiatives. Make this role yours, whilst having some fun along the way with our expanding team here in Newcastle.
**Your impact**:
Your presence will ensure our NSW team is supported and serviced. A positive office culture will be fostered as you keep our staff engaged through fun activities and driving company initiatives.
**Your every day**:
- Coordination of day-to-day office operations
- Managing the front desk, ensuring that visitors are greeted, and external calls are forwarded to the right people
- Coordination of supplies; office equipment, stationary, food, uniforms
- Managing our diverse social calendar, ensuring that staff events are organised in conjunction with our head office
- Overseeing and providing general support to our NSW team with day-to-day activities
Who are you?
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role working with a dynamic team
- Excellent Microsoft Suite skills and excellent clerical skills
- Great organisation skills and a keen eye for attention to detail
- You have an appetite to drive a positive culture within your team and drive company events / activities
- A positive attitude and an ability to build strong relationships
