The opportunity

This role will manage the development, implementation and delivery of key capability programs and initiatives across Managed Fund Claims. Primarily, the role will be responsible for managing key project and change management activities to implement a new capability framework. In line with our Capability Plan, the role will also be responsible for introducing the new capability initiatives and programs to support in achieving its overall objectives, with a focus on uplifting people capability across the organisation to achieve desired business outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing, implementing, and facilitating capability programs to support the implementation of icare’s Professional Standards Framework and our Capability Plan- Managing the project and change management deliverables for the icare Professional Standards Framework from implementation to PIR and embedment- Delivering our capability and leadership programs, with the support of our Learning and Development team and supporting the psychological safety of our people- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure an effective and collaborative approach to delivering capability solutions- Consult and collaborate with the team to provide project and program support services to support the delivery of capability programs and initiatives- Develop project and change management plans to ensure effective and timely delivery of capability programs and initiatives- Coordinate and facilitate workshops, training, events, and meetings- Develop program and change materials to support the delivery of key programs and initiatives- Gather, analyse, and report on capability data to support the Capability function in delivering effective initiatives and solutions- Monitor, evaluate, review and report on the effectiveness of capability initiatives to ensure desired outcomes are achieved

Your story so far

Ideally you have been working in a Human Resources, Capability or Learning and Development function, supporting a team to deliver program initiatives.- Well-developed project and change management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and plan effectively- Customer-focused and able to build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders- Highly experienced in developing, implementing, and facilitating learning and/or capability initiatives.- A highly effective communicator both written and verbally, who can facilitate and present in meetings, workshops, training, and events and maintain a professional demeanour- Self-motivated individual who maintains a level of excellence through times of change and shows resilience in the face of challenges.- Self-motivated individual who maintains a level of excellence through times of change and shows resilience in the face of challenges.- Experienced in using Microsoft Office suite, to effectively manage capability program documentation and delivery- Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities and able to manage multiple priorities- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team- A problem solver and able to negotiate- Knowledge of Workers Compensation (advantageous)
