Logistics Officer | Full-time permanent position | Immediate start | Career progression opportunities

**Your New Company**:
We are currently working with a reputable client who specialises in the design, development, manufacture and distribution of strata control products for the mining and civil construction industries. Offering support to a range of customers and clients, from government authorities, asset owners, design offices, to construction companies around the world.

**Your New Role**:
You will be tasked with overseeing certain aspects of the internal logistics process - specifically, quality assurance and incoming goods. In addition, you will also have a good understanding of and ability to perform all warehousing operations. Overall, ensuring the smooth operations and management of workflow. Your daily tasks and responsibilities may include:

- Forklift operation
- OHC operation
- Data input and management of inventory and stock.
- Liaising with a range of clients and stakeholders: transport companies, customers, management, other staff etc
- Management of staff and teams
- Pick / pack orders
- Handling of materials and resources
- Quality assurance processes.

**What You'll Need to Succeed**:

- Required: Forklift licence, Stores / warehousing experience, experience with OHC operation, experience in a similar position or role
- Preferred skills (not essential): Dogman's ticket / competency, experience with Quality Assurance, good knowledge of road, rail, and sea freight, experience with leading / managing teams
- Be physically fit and capable, to lift 20kgs repetitively
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Be a Hard-working and Focused Individual.
