**The Company.**
Our client is a proudly Australian-owned and operated company based in Thornton. Specialising in project-based welding and labour hire for industries such as oil/gas, petroleum, power generation and mining, you will work with a company that is focused on quality, safety, efficiency, and raising the bar of welding excellence.
**The Opportunity.**
As the Office Manager, you will enjoy a range of responsibilities that include accounts payable, HR administration, and general administrative duties.
**Responsibilities**:
- Management of office activities including planning, purchasing, and coordination of personnel as required.
- Accounts payable and debtors coordination, invoicing, reconciliations and reporting
- Onboarding of new personnel, maintenance and tracking of tickets, qualifications, and certificates
- Organising and tracking inductions for Client sites including using induction portals such as Pegasus and Damstra.
- Project set up and management of project budgets
- Maintenance of CRM database
**About You.**
You have a positive, can-do attitude and love to find improvements, solve problems and ensure the safety and efficiency of your business and team. An all-rounder with strong organisational skills capable of implementing and maintaining office systems.
Essential Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification or relevant experience in Administration, Accounts or Human Resources
Essential Skills:
- Administration support
- HR experience including experience with onboarding, organising and tracking inductions. Knowledge of Damstra/Pegasus would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of general office practices and legislation relevant to HR and our industry
- Strong Xero skills, database management and MS Office
- Excellent analytical and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Quality and/or WHS system experience beneficial
