Sniip is a mobile bill payments app available on iOS and Android. Sniip allows users to take back control of their bill payments and pay their bills theway they want. With Sniip you can schedule a payment, set-up an instalment plan, create recurring payments and easily flip through their digital walletto select their payment card.

We're in a phase of growth and seek the right person to join us on this exciting journey.

You will join the design team to drive the product roadmap forward based on proven customer insights. Working closely with the c-suite, userexperience experts, engineers and product strategists to bring to market products that deliver an exceptional customer experience that drivesdownloads and usage. Working on the end-to-end development of the Sniip app products.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:

- Deliver best-practice UX and high-quality UI deliverables including;
- Research and competitor analysis
- Requirements
- Pretotypes
- Wireframes
- Visual Concepts
- High fidelity User Interface designs
- Iconography
- Information architecture
- User flows
- Interactive prototypes
- User experience feature testing
- Prioritise customer needs and technical feasibility, as well as business objectives
- Gather user and partner feedback, informing the UX and product roadmap and priorities
- Lead and mentor design team members
- Lead workshops and design, plan and maintain sprints for new features and ideas
- Document insights, processes and operations to build out product management practice within the business
- Design media transitions within the app and education interactions to help users with features within the app
- Work with the CEO and CTO on the product strategy
- Prepare and reporting / speaking with board members as required

Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with the development of both iOS and Android in native environments.
- Ideally 3 years of experience working with development of web payment portals.

Education / Qualifications
- Bachelor of Graphic Design/IT (User design) or similar

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
