UX/UI Designer

Our client has a powerhouse product design team and has really excelled in its product development and design cycles recently. There are some incredible projects across multiple different teams in motion so you should be adaptable and dynamic as the role and business are in a period of growth and change.
You should be able to highlight your skills in design that can convey your passion for the user experience process. You must have end-to-end experience.
Other things you should know:
- You will be involved in all areas of product design: problem definition, user and competitor research/testing, documentation, conceptualising flows in low and high-fidelity mediums, iterating, processing feedback, and prototyping.
- Make strategic design and UX decisions on core and new functionality across our products, working alongside the product manager & / or other designers to help shape and deliver the overall product vision.
- Uncovering problems and using your end-to-end experience to put the appropriate user flows into play.
- Play a leading role in building out our research practices, tools, processes, and training.
- This is a highly collaborative team - so you should be too
- Your portfolio must reflect incredible visuals with the UX process & research to support that.
