**About the Role**
JBS Australia is currently recruiting a **Training Administrator** to support our Training & Delivery team in a **2-month maximum term contract.** As a major employer in Australia, JBS prides itself on the apprenticeships we’re able to offer, however, with that also comes with a high volume of data entry and a requirement to meet strict government dictated deadlines. Our Training Administrator will support our team by submitting claims by the required deadlines, ensuring a high level of accuracy is maintained at all times.
Reporting to the Manager, RTO and Training Delivery, this role will be based with our Training & Delivery team in Riverview, Ipswich, however, they will also have the flexibility to work from home if desired.
**About You**
- Previous experience within a similar high-volume, data entry role
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) advantageous
- Ability to adapt to new systems and databases
- Strong ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
