Operations & Training Coordinator
Ipswich | 25 hours per week (ABN) | Mon–Fri, 10am–3pm (one WFH day available)
We're looking for an organised and proactive Operations & Engagement Coordinator to join our friendly, supportive team in Ipswich. This role is hands on, diverse, and perfect for someone who enjoys thinking on their feet, making confident decisions, and having a genuine impact on how things run.
What you'll do:
- Assist in co-ordinating the smooth delivery of public training courses across multiple locations. Manage calendars, venues, and Trainer communications.
- Provide support to the Director with sales and marketing activities such as social media, email marketing, and attending expos.
- Handle day to day administration tasks to keep operations running efficiently.
- Assist with website updates, tracking marketing campaign results, and responding to general enquiries.
- Occasionally assist onsite with student check ins for larger groups.
- Contribute to projects that support business growth and operational improvements.

- Previous experience in administration, operations, or training coordination.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident decision maker who thrives working both independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable with assisting with social media and basic marketing tasks.
- A team player who values open communication and enjoys collaborative decision-making in a supportive team, where your input is both welcomed and expected.

Core hours are 10am–3pm, Monday to Friday. While these are preferred, there is some flexibility where needed.
This is an ongoing, long term position of 25 hours per week. Engagement is on a contractor basis, so you'll be paid via invoice with your ABN. While you'll have the independence of a contractor, you'll enjoy the stability and consistency of a long term role within our team.
Job Types: Permanent, Contract
Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
