Your Opportunity
We have an exciting permanent full-time Faculty Administration Officer position available to join our Manufacturing Faculty at TAFE Queensland's Ipswich or Toowoomba Campus.
As the Faculty Administration Officer you will be providing a wide range of administrative and support services to the various businesses within the region.
This position reports to the Faculty Director.
Salary
The salary range for this position at the AO3 classification is $75,885 - $85,317 (gross) per annum.

How you will be assessed
The ideal applicant will be someone who has the following key capabilities:

- Demonstrate experience in providing administrative services and support to meet defined outcomes and timelines and display initiative, attitude and ability to thrive within a dynamic, challenging and changing environment.
- Build and sustain productive working relationships with others including interacting successfully with clients, faculty staff and educational management.
- Demonstrate ability to analyse issues and recommend appropriate action strategies within the parameters of relevant legislation, guidelines and frameworks.
- Possess well developed written and verbal communication skills with the capacity to consult, liaise and negotiate with others.
