**Job Description**:
Join Oaks Melbourne on William Suites as a full-time Assistant Hotel Manager.
Location: 350 William St, Melbourne VIC 3000

Duties include:

- Providing assistance to the Cluster General Manager
- Act as Hotel Manager on Duty
- Lead and manage operational departments across the hotel
- Drive revenue growth
- Assist in managing Body Corporate interactions
- Conduct financial reporting

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Previous Assistant Manager/Front Office Manager experience
- excellent communication and relationship building skills
- You will be a self-motivated, proactive, solutions-focused professional
- You will be a confident, hands-on leader
