We are hiring multiple hotel reception staff for our newly built hotel Best Western Queen Victoria Market Hotel is a 4 level, 42-bedroom hotel located in West Melbourne. Just a 1-minute walk from the Melbourne’s famous Queen Victoria Market, Best Western Queen Victoria Market Hotel is an ideal hotel for both international visitors and local visitors.

**About You**:

- Experience in hotel reception role is ideal
- Experience in customer service is essential
- Familiarisation of Melbourne tourist landmarks and public transport
- A genuinely warm & welcoming demeanour
- Availability to work mornings, evenings and weekends
- Full working rights in Australia

The successful applicant will demonstrate a passion for customer service, excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, experience in hotel reception role, strong attention to detail, a high standard of personal presentation and a Can-Do Attitude.

**What you will do**:
Job role will include but not restricted to:

- Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests.
- Warmly welcome & serve our guests.
- Organise, confirm and process guest check-ins/ check-outs and adapt for any changes
- Attending to guests’ requests and complaints.
- Secure payment, verifying and adjusting billing as needed
- Check cleaning standards before checking in guests

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $22.11 - $38.76 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Hotel: 2 years (required)

- Australia (required)

Ability to Commute:

- West Melbourne, VIC 3003 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- West Melbourne, VIC 3003: Relocate before starting work (required)
