Our busy conference facility comprises of six meeting rooms, specialising in small day meetings and our roof top pool is a local icon

We have an amazing opportunity for a **Maintenance Manager** to join our hardworking and successful team. We are loyal, flexible and supportive of our team members and are looking for someone who is just as dedicated as we are to join our hotel

**A little about you**:

- A reliable individual with previous experience in building maintenance and/or facilities management.
- A people-person who enjoys interacting with others.
- A strong focus on high quality output.
- Well presented and strives to achieve an excellent first impression.
- Able to positively lead and motivate a team.
- Able to work in Australia without restrictions.

**A little about what you will be responsible for to succeed in this position**:

- Managing our building plant and equipment, essential services and Hotel rooms, F&B outlets and public areas maintenance.
- Managing and mentoring our small maintenance team of three and various contractors.
- Facilitating and assisting the maintenance team to ensure their productivity and quality of work.
- Providing a safe and secure environment.
- Anticipating and exceeding the needs of our guests.
