In this newly created position, we have an amazing opportunity for an experienced **Maintenance Supervisor **to work closely with our Maintenance Manager to support the effective running of our hotel’s maintenance requirements, projects and exciting plans we set to achieve.

**A little about you**:

- A reliable individual with demonstrated experienced in building maintenance and/or facilities management.
- A people-person who enjoys interacting with others and can easily build rapport.
- A strong focus on high quality output with a hands on approach.
- Well presented and strives to achieve an excellent first impression.
- Able to positively lead and motivate a team.
- Able to work in Australia without restrictions.

**A little about what you will be responsible for**:

- Working with the Maintenance Manager to ensure our building plant and equipment, essential services, hotel rooms, F&B outlets and public areas maintenance requirements are maintained in a timely manner.
- Assisting the Maintenance Manager to supervise our small maintenance team and various contractors.
- Assisting the maintenance team to ensure productivity and quality of work.
- Providing a safe and secure environment.
- Anticipating and exceeding the needs of our guests.

This position is being offered on a fulltime permanent basis. We are offering a competitive salary of up to $70,000 depending on experience and qualifications plus superannuation.
