About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Hotel Sales Resource to join our team in Melbourne. This role is ideal for someone from a Real Estate or strong Sales background who is eager to apply their networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in the hospitality sector.

You will be responsible for generating new business, managing key client relationships, and supporting the company's revenue growth by securing new corporate and leisure accounts for our hotels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the corporate and leisure markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute local sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and revenue teams to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Represent PHG at networking events, meetings, and industry functions.

About You

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or real estate.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Confident and professional presentation.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus if you can communicate fluent in Mandarin that helps our company business to speak to certain clientele.
