**Role**
We are looking for an Administration superstar that has a passion for education. In this role as a Practitioner Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Practitioner Relationship Manager with the management of the Kaplan Professional practitioner pool. This is a varied role with a high level administrative support and other duties across a wide range of higher education and vocational education courses and corporate programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the preparation and gathering of required documentation throughout the on-boarding process
- Assist with the on-boarding of new practitioners (e.g., orientation of the internal Learning Management System and other relevant internal procedures)
- Maintain and develop training resources and guides used by practitioners
- Support practitioners as one of the points of contact for queries and escalations, and work with relevant business units to resolve practitioner issues promptly (e.g., responding to student queries and complaints in a timely and appropriate manner
- Timely and effective monitoring and the practitioner inbox and other associated workflow throughout the academic year, from initial engagement and allocations to regular communications and reminders
- Manage records and coordinate receipt of invoices for relevant payments for Higher Education practitioners

**Requirements**:

- Education Industry experience (with previous administration experience highly regarded) (essential)
- Demonstrated and advanced organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (with excellent diligence)
- Excellent customer experience and service skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and other computer skills
- Qualification related to education and/or financial services (e.g., TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment) (desirable)
