**Your Opportunity**

As an Admin and Purchasing Assistant you will be a part of the Media Delivery team, you will be managing and supporting the administrative functions and also assisting with the commercial delivery. You will also be in charge of monthly reconciliation and reporting and budgeting. This is an entry level role and will best suit someone who has 1-2 years’ experience as an admin purchasing assistant. Please note this role is located at our warehouse in Gladesville.

**You will have overall accountability for**:

- Maintain BAU and project finance procurement, invoicing and tracking
- Prepare monthly reporting on BAU operating expenses
- Prepare monthly project status and financial reports
- Coordinate freight management between our warehouse and field teams
- Work with the Delivery team to schedule assembly programs
- Work with our partners and suppliers to operate and sustain warehouse operations and facility
- Identify strategies for improvement and expansion across all areas
- Work with all functions of the operations group to support day to day operations
- Ensure adherence to continuous Workplace Health and Safety cultural improvement through championing the culture of “people protecting people”
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to for self and group at all times
- Raise purchase orders Monthly reconciliation and reporting
