**About Us**

**Skills Required**:

- Strong technical skills and abilities including databases and SQL. In-depth knowledge in writing SQL queries.
- Experience in writing, reviewing test plans and test cases in the database and data analytics space, UAT test plans, business focused test cases and scripts.
- Adequate knowledge and understanding about data migration activities, data load & transform, data
- reconciliation, file comparison and analysis, SQL stored procedures.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams, knowledge abouts software development life cycle (SDLC) and skilled at testing process and methodologies.
- Extensive experience and knowledge in banking, financial services domain. Co-ordinate with wider stakeholders and work closely in aligning sprint deliverables.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management skills. Independent, collaborative and co-ordinate with senior leaders providing technical guidance.
- Knowledge about infrastructure management. Good understanding about infrastructure and database uplift.
- Pro-actively contribute to the processes, team’s testing framework, policies, methodologies, standards, and tools by participating in related brainstorming sessions, forums, and workshops to ensure continuous improvement.
- Experience of integration, functional, non-functional & user acceptance testing.
