**About Us**

**The Role Requirements**:
**We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Tester based in Sydney for a 10 months contract role with a possible extension.**

**Work Type**:Hybrid (2 - 3 days mandatory work from office)

**Requirement**:

- 7 years of experience in data testing, with specific emphasis on data migration projects.
- Hands-on experience with data migration tools (e.g., SSIS, Azure Data Factory) and testing tools (e.g., Jira, Selenium).
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases, identifying discrepancies, and performing data validations.
- Experience in data profiling, cleansing, and data quality assessment.
- Familiarity with tools and methodologies to assess migration performance and scalability.
- Experience ensuring that data migrations comply with relevant industry regulations.
- Proven track record of working closely with architects, developers, and business stakeholders on data-centric projects.
- Experienced in defect tracking, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Experienced with Azure cloud platform.
- Familiarity with data security protocols, encryption, and masking techniques during migrations.
