**Salary**: $65,000 Per Year Base with HUGE Commission Structure

**The Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in Truganina.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. This role involves over the phone sales, Possible Walk ins and on Site Visits and attending industry events or trade shows.

You will be expected to:

- Identify new sales leads and opportunities through calling extensive client data base
- Calling and closing warm leads through inbound opportunities - your clients have asked to be sold to
- Follow up on potential leads in a timely manner
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, and be able to communicate their value to potential clients effectively
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance to ensure their satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Attend industry events and trade shows as needed to network and promote our products and services

**About You**

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience ( Junior Sales Roles also Avalible )
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for in-person sales meetings and industry events

**Experience**:

- Experience in the earthmoving, construction or industrial equipment industry is preferred but not required
- Direct sales experience will be highly regarded though not essential
- Experience with CRM systems is required; experience with HubSpot is preferred
